Guess it depends on his insurance coverage and we have no way of knowing his policy limits. I'm sure they are high, but my guess is he will come out of pocket some.

I just watched it again moving frame by frame again. NO SWERVE PRIOR TO IMPACT. The front tires are straight ahead before contact. The car jerked to the right UPON CONTACT with K.W.

The rear of the car moves to the left. It looks as if it is the rear of the car that struck him.
