Congratulations.

I had my first in January 1991. 127 yard downhill par 3 with a pitching wedge. I am still trying for #2.

I have officially had two...same hole a couple months apart on a 160yd par 3.

The old #4 at The Bluffs (now it's #13), playing 215 or so from the back tees, I hit a 4 iron wide right. I then hit a provisional ball, one bounce and into the cup! I get up to the green and search for my first ball, and it was in play. Chipped up and two putted for par. So not a hole in one, but still kinda cool.

I went to law school because they said "no math", but isn't that a bogey?

ETA: But congrats on draining the provisional. I always enjoy seeing the replay of Freddy on #17 at Sawgrass draining the penalty shot for par.

Awesome! I hope to get a hole in one some day but I'm usually drunk when I play so probably won't happen

Rx: Keep Drinking.*

If Arnold Palmer can still hit a golf ball, and he can; drinking can't kill a golf game.

I played every day for many a year. Hit a lot of good shots. Still have to be lucky. The par four one was late in the day. Wasn't even a pin in the hole. Now that is lucky.

Prefer my double-eagle over the hole-in-one.

Also had a hole in 3. Tee shot out of bounds, dropped one immediately, hit it, and hit the hole on the fly tearing the front lip of the cup on entry.
