Are you fricking serious? That is there job. When I first started listening to podcast, I listened to a lot of crime podcast. Its unbelievable how often law enforcement fricks up investigations. Not on purpose, but it seems like there are times when they simply don't give a frick.
But in this situation.. With this many victims.. Is this what you expect? If you have a daughter would you still have this same opinion? You know.... sweet pea.. law enforcement isn't always the good guys.
