Does it leave your hands oily like most lotions?

Not at all I just used some. I had to wipe off the excess with a paper towel but it feels a lot better.

I get this every winter. I use hydrogen peroxide followed by neosporin to get them to heal. Use lots of good moisturizer.

Drink more water. Filter hard water/chlorine from shower. Use lotion.

Is the rest of your skin dry?

Blue Star Ointment

Only thing that's ever worked for me. Tried it on a whim and won't use anything else now.

Mostly my hands. I know that I am dehydrated because I haven't drank any water today and I've been busy all day.

OTC cortisone, and zyrtec. If the fissures are big enough, clean them with hydrogen peroxide, then literally superglue them shut.

+1 for the O'keefe's working hands. Had that problem about 2 weeks ago, working hands cleared it up in a matter of days.

I had this problem for a couple weeks. Tried everything, finally cortizone cream did the trick.

This x1,000. I live with a bottle of Super Glue every winter. Just bought some Working Hands though and it seems to be working okay.
