Any of you baws scared to make eye contact with a female employee at this point? I feel like just being cordial might be too much. Don’t want to cause a #metoo

I've been good Looking my entire life until recently. I've never noticed a problem and it's usually the women who initiate the concourse.

No, because besides the owner we only have one other female at the office and she is fugly.
We do a good bit of work around campus and as contractors we are told that if you look at any female for 5 seconds or more she can legit turn you in for harassment and she will win 10 times out of 10

I have a glass door on my office, in my mind that was enough, but as times are changing I never meet with any female employee alone anymore.

I'm pretty certain that 99.9% of this shite happens to guys who deserve it. All I have is anecdotal evidence, but guys who have run into problems with HR weren't exactly a surprise in my experience.

Dont have any female employees but the customers I always look them in the eye. Nobody will do business with someone they cant trust.

This is the part I’m most worried about. All it takes is an accusation to ruin your reputation. As a business owner, I’m already a target to some folks
