the existing wells and their oil division are producing about 35,000 barrels per month...according to the video.

If you have 750 million, chances are you can build a controlled environment.

They can produce all they want, but I'd you don't get the rights when you purchase the land who cares how much they produce. I haven't read the sales pitch but I'm betting the rights don't convey as I said earlier.

I'm sure Little Mexico probably has a few of them on the property already

Pff, I'd buy land in Central America or SE Asia if I was trying to have a major operation. You can't grow 20+ foot sativas in a temperate climate or in a greenhouse.

"The Waggoner Ranch, which covers over 1000 square miles of North Central Texas, has been penetrated with over 10,000 wells drilled for oil and gas production. Virtually all of the production has been located within the assemblage of rocks associated with the Red River Carbonate Platform in Wichita and Wilbarger counties." I linked because this jumped out at me. Maybe the OP wasn't talking out of arse. Must have a lot of shallow gunsight.

Turn that place into a whole SOG with indica/indicia dominant.

Imagine the upkeep on that for one guy.
