1) there is no monthly spend minimum - its annual and the number is not disclosed. If you are not spending enough you are not renenewd
2) you couldn't have just received it, that card was printed last month and they over night them
3) anyone with one would refer to it as a "centurion card" not a "black AMEX"
My money is that you are an authorized user on your parents centurion account.
