OSHA says transgender workers can use whatever restroom they choose

OSHA justifies the regulation under the biggest bullshite "safety" reason I've ever seen:

Hell, I'm currently "identifying" being a grizzly bear at the moment. I don't even have to make the decision of whether to use the men's or women's bathroom. I just shite right on the floor because that's what a grizzly bear does.

Why don't we just make restrooms for what kind of genitalia you have? It seems you could solve this by getting rid of "men" and "women" on the door and replacing it with "penis" and "vagina."
I think it's a dumb idea, but it would nip this gender identity issue, as it relates to bathrooms, in the bud.

I think all guys need to identify as women - the women's restrooms are always much cleaner and usually have nicer facilities.

That is actually a good idea, but if you read the entire printout of the regulations, you'll find that this would not comply. Bruce Jenner has a dick, but he can use the woman's restroom under the regulations.
