I want to know where he lives so I know never to go out there, since apparently it's a town where drunk people are strapped at all times.

You can carry in AZ bars unless they have a sign saying no guns, which they ALL do for liability reasons, or if you are drinking. Everyone has a gun in their car right outside though.

Probably, but I also highly, highly doubt he would have been able to have killed as many at Disney and been stopped far more quickly. It's outside, lots of security, and well lit. Not nearly as good of a place for killing as a dark and loud nightclub with one exit.

I am not sure where he lives I can take a few guess about what it looks like
