You would think opening a new branch would have been the first move.

There's $10B in proposed mills and plants just in Donaldsonville, not including the new businesses to support them so there's definitely opportunities.

They've had a new branch here for over a decade. An individual from BR (probably the OP) recently bought the company from the original owners. I am assuming this is part of their transition plan.

They pay no sales tax on construction cost, like material. Is that material for their new building or jobs they bid on? And do they pass that on to their customers?
