Call an attorney to get this moved down to a nonmoving violation or have him call the DA himself.

Is 897 a one time deal as well? I did pre-trial diversion for my DWI and I know I can’t use it again. If I ever get another, I’ll have to do 897.

it's 894 and it's supposed to be but i think it's possible after 10 years to plead under it again (For a DWI)
