Every procedure, every PPE check, every communication -these are not just protocols. They are promises we make to ourselves, to our teams, and to our families that we will return home safely at the end of each day.
I'm proud of the culture we're building -Let's continue to lead by example, stay vigilant, and never compromise when it comes to safety.
Thank you for your dedication. Let's stay safe, stay sharp, and keep raising the bar."
He literally wrote it like that. Posted in teams chat w meeting.
Didn't even copy and paste right...note the quote left at the end.
Literally pulling shite from AI.
fricking clown show.

All those idiots are alike, talentless idiots.

alright team, we spend more time here together than we get to with our families. Remember that. Don't do something that will cause you co-worker to lose time with his family. Be safe. It is hot out there, drink your water. If you see anything unsafe, stop work and fix it.
alright fellas have a good day

Corporate jargon makes my skin crawl. The fact AI is writing it now makes it even faker, if that was possible.

I've found that a dead give away for when emails are Ai is when they have dashes - nobody writes like that.

dashes.. nobody writes like that
Exactly. At least copy and clean up

He gave a meaningless task about as much thought as it deserved. I’m not sure why you give a shite

The normal shite that comes out of our ops manager’s mouth is more pointless and void of talent than anything that could possibly be written by AI.
He told his field operations manager recently, “I’m not responsible for your financial success.” Says it all about mindset. So don’t even bother with the “team” speeches after that.

He's better than you and it bugs the hell out of you doesn't it.

I don't answer to him.
Just amazes me how fricking retarded and incapable of independent thought some people are.

I kind of like it and respect his efficiency.

Sounds like one of his superiors made mention once of his need to be more vocal - hence the repetition of corporate jargon incessantly. Often see this in mid management, takes a simple one time observation and turns into a robot. Possibly had the last work comp in the facility, so then goes to management meeting to trumpet how they are promoting safety, production, etc. Just laying out a preemptive defense. It's easier than addressing the problem employee.

I miss the old days.
“Ok everyone, just a reminder I keep an extra bodybag in my office. If anyone gets hurt that bags for the bastard who allowed it to happen”

Dude. The phoniness that comes from my manager makes me cringe. I showed my wife an email last night and she said she guaranteed that’s an AI generated message. The grammar was perfect and if you hear him talk…he’s far from an articulate speaker.
