Lol, this is crazy. No one learns how to be a Doctor in Med School. There's anatomy and general physiologic understanding of disease and Pathology, but like any profession you learn how to be a doctor when you get into rotations and Residency. It's like knowing how to drive a car by reading a book, it's just not how it works...

Show me a non biased source that specifically states a Physician is an MD and only an MD (and that a DO is not a physician).

All Drs have to work up to really being a a doctor. And it's usually after you kill your first patient.... or in your case, the first one that is now blind because you weren't ready.

I can't speak for ALL doctoring professions, but the one I went through started roatations day one of a 4 year degree. MDs are not the only ones that have rotations.
