Even if they aren't, the ones in front of the courthouse in Opelousas are in violation of state law. They put them within a half-mile of where the speed limit drops from 35 to 25, which is illegal.
The fact that this nonsense is in this bill is just further proof that someone in OP is getting kickbacks from those cameras.
