Because men misrepresent themselves with pics, lie about age, and bombarded me.... it was overwhelming

There are fewer women online. There's 1 or 2 women online for every 5 men, and that's best case scenario. There are certain sites where the ratio is more like 1:10 or worse.
Also, women who aren't getting picked up in real life go online and all of a sudden demand 6' tall men minimum that make 100k. They feel the power they get online and they all of a sudden get unrealistic expectations that they don't deserve.
It's so much easier to find women in real life, literally all you have to do is talk to them, because so few men have the balls to do it.

That's why you don't do dates. I meet women out doing something I want to do anyway. I'm going to have a good time. And they are welcome to join me in a good time. But I'm not going to put on airs. I'm a fun person. If you don't like my idea of fun we probably wouldn't have Chemistry anyway.
