We got 3 puppies to foster that had a similar condition around the face as this dog did. I forgot what it's called, but it was some type of immune condition that the dogs were lacking that exasperated this condition. Just took about 3 months to clear up.
Now, they're good to go. They've since all been adopted out. Golden retriever type dogs.
