yea sentencing usually takes 3 to 6 months.

I saw she was driving on a suspended license at the time of the crash. The courts really showed her.

Today, her BAL was .216.

In June 2016 she had another DUI on the Causeway southbound. Her BAL then was .184. This DUI suspended her DL until 1/2018. Causeway's Carlton Dufrechou said she had gotten a duplicate license illegally.

Whoever got her that duplicate license should go to jail as well.

why? As i said, you can go to DMV after getting out of jail and get a DL because the DWI is not entered into the system as fast as you think

You can just go and tell the DMV you want a new license if the suspension isn't in the computer yet. Really doesn't matter, because she would've driven anyway

At what point should the judge be held responsible?

Why? As stated earlier she was due to appear in court from her 2nd DUI in December. It is likely her license was suspended at the time of that arrest. Is it the judge's fault that she did not comply with the law?

Haven't read the thread but tbh I'm more interested in the guard rail and how it broke.

Their pickup was rear-ended by a woman driving a car, Dufrechou said. The impact pushed the pickup onto the bridge railing, and the vehicle rode atop the railing for about 100 feet, he said.

She was speeding, rear ended him and impact pushed dead guy's truck up on the guard rail. He drove on it for 100 feet and it started breaking apart.

That's what this news story said...

There have been lawsuits filed across the country for use of guard rails that don't conform to the proper specifications. Corners are being cut and because of it guard rails are impaling drivers. You can do a quick Google search. It's pretty interesting.
