But masks and social distancing are proven to help, no? Were hospitals hotbeds for the spreading of the virus last year?

We can only hope this happens. We need an entire large business to fail because of covid "rules" so that other businesses get the message and back the frick off of making employees do something that goes against their better judgement. It being a large hospital group would just be icing on the cake, magnifying the impact while hopefully spurring action to protect our freedoms instead of restrict them.

Not even close to as much as the vaccine.

Yep

Class action lawsuit would be nice to see
Or better yet half their entire staff/employees quit

That won't happen. There are are very few healthcare workers left who are unvaccinated.

Why can't they just wear masks like they did all of last year?

Because it gets in the way of Tik Tok videos filmed on the wards...
Virtue points deducted on SM if folks can't readily see your face during spontaneous hero group dance ...

Serious answer, above is the protocol used for those who decline annual flu shots. We all know masks apparently work wonders for the "flu"...

OLOL apparently thinks that they'd lose fewer man-hours by people walking away from their job than they would people taking extended time off for quarantine.

But the vaccine (per CDC) has absolutely no immunization effect of Delta variant. A doesn’t connect to B. Dr Fauci stated this yesterday as THE reason for mask mandates.

Beginning in September, we will require all employees to either be vaccinated or complete an education program on a quarterly basis, in addition to continuing to wear masks once the mask mandate is lifted.

Looks like not really mandated. If you don't get it you just have to wear a mask and do education?

That is BRG not OLOL. BRG requires vax or first unit of the education program be finished by Sept. 30.

OLOL looks like a rolling completion date for vax starting on Aug 15 and ending in Dec.

That spreadsheet never backdated which became a huge problem with actually tracking info.

According to who?

The vaccine significantly lowers the chance of getting it, but also drastically lowers your chance of it really having an effect if you do get it.

Masks and distancing don’t.

you tell me, right now, who is more likely to catch the virus:

1. Unvaccinated person who wears a mask and socially distances

or

2. Vaccinated person who doesn't wear a mask and doesn't socially distance
