Im not saying it isn't pure speculation, it's just very detailed and very plausible thats exactly what happened. I guess I was implying that the poster really knows thats what happened, but then again I haven't followed the entire thread.

No one knows anything definitively except the following:
- Ally was killed by multiple gun shot wounds late Friday/early Saturday the weekend in question
- She visited at least one bar the night she was killed
- Her body was found north of Sardis Lake, which is not a common area for students to hang out (they visit the South side by Ole Miss)
- Her relationship with Brandon Theesfield is complicated and goes back years
- He was arrested for her murder in South Memphis
- Suspect's sister was in sorority with victim (not important but interesting)
- He has a very punchable face
- His dad likes to say controversial right wing stuff on twitter and is a wealthy "pain clinic" owner/doctor
What we're pretty positive of:
- He's a gun owner (Glock 9mm reportedly always in his truck)
- She had at the very least told people she was pregnant, but her actual pregnancy is unverified
- There was the presence of physical evidence on him and/or in his truck at the time of arrest
- There is video evidence of the suspect's truck in the vicinity of where the victim was found near the alleged time of the incident
Common rumors:
- He had a drug and alcohol problem
- He had a rage issue and her friends said he was not good to her (emotionally abusive)
- He had blood still on him and her belongings still in his truck a couple days later when he was arrested
- He wanted her to get abortion, she refused
- She was found in a seated position, slumped over, on a concrete picnic table near the lake

These were the text from her to him that she fowarded to another friend, but don't know if he responded to her novel of texts. He could have blocked her cell number.

I doubt that, but sure, it's technically possible.
It seemed from the language that she started from a position that she had already told him the clear "I'm pregnant" part. She was describing symptoms.

I've seen women who barely show at 17 weeks and some that are obvious.

The news today (John Roberts with Fox) said Memphis cops said he had what appeared to be blood on his clothes and they recovered a gun.
That was the first time I heard the media report that.
I think whatever “new information” the defense learned had something to do with the results of the evidence being tested. — just my opinion on that.
I will day for the most part, the police have a done a good job not letting information leak.

For those of you that have never been pregnant before and are still hung up on whether or not she was or should have been showing, a chick her age and with her petite frame would definitely not have been showing at 17 weeks. I’m pretty sure she taught fitness classes too. I was pregnant my last year of college, and wasn’t showing at that time. Your uterus grows but your skin doesn’t stretch overnight. It’s why a lot of people show more quickly with their second or third child - because their shite is already stretched out. Also, keep in mind:
17 weeks is still fairly early and most of your weight gain typically comes in the third trimester.

Does anybody have any idea of the future timeline? I know he is supposed to get the mental eval., but am unsure how long that takes. When is he due back in a courtroom?

It was a curveball for a lot of people in the courtroom, but there were those there who saw it coming. There had been a meeting on Wednesday night between the prosecution and the defense. Whatever happened there was something neither the prosecution nor the defense would discuss beyond saying there was new information that had caused the defense to change tracks.
