Great clip. Letterman was always fun to watch. He should stay retired and keep his mouth shut. No one cares about his political opinions.

Nothing will ever top Late Night Letterman on NBC but Dave was still really funny on the Late Show on CBS up until his heart attack. By that point he had been losing in the ratings to Jay Leno for a while and you could tell he gave up. 9/11 was right around that time too and he went from a goofy funny guy to a guy who thought everything is life sucked. His cynicism really got him.
