A black kid with a near or over 160 LSAT will get into an Ivy League law school. To be a white male and achieve that takes a near 170+ LSAT, perfect grades, and probably some kind of out of the box charity work.

But it's cute that, suddenly, we actually care about addressing problems early on.
Here's the difference. 1) No one is ASKING BLACK PEOPLE TO FIX THE WHITE PERSON HEROIN EPIDEMIC. 2) Even WITH this "epidemic" the rate of violence among white communities is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than that of blacks.
edit: Not to mention, the more stiff side to drug sentencing comes from white voters. But that's probably because they don't want a society of law and order...which is white supremacy.

Present some facts then. I didn't say ALL. I think there are many educated folks that DO. That includes you. But until there is a demand from people who don't have that level of education and/or socioeconomic status you won't see an improvement. There needs to be responsibility for your child's actions and education, not pushing it off on the school to do it all. Not blaming the police. THIS is the type of action I'm talking about. The people who LIVE in those communities need to care.

The point is that real issues are not talked or discussed
Police brutality is a problem. I won't deny that. However, to act like that is a bigger problem than the 80% single parent rate, rising murder rates, and across the board failing black schools takes a lot of willful ignorance.

While what I do is not reflected in large scale statistics. I can guarantee you I've saved more than just a few from making local news stories
