Good friend of mine is a realtor, ended up in the hospital with a minor stroke. Apparently he got dehydrated and it screwed up his body chemistry because he sweated out his electrolytes.
I asked him how it happened, he said he got up Saturday morning and ran 4 miles, then decided to do some yard work in 90-degree heat and it caught up with him. Fortunately all he’s got is some balance issues, docs tell him he should be fine in a couple of weeks.
He’s 86.
