ETA: If that guy were black, the majority here, including myself, would be ok with the shooting. Past threads support that. We'd all be saying things like play stupid games win stupid prizes.
The difference is I feel that way regardless what race the criminal is.

First degree murder in Oklahoma is murder done with malice aforethought. It requires proof that someone made some prior deliberation to murder someone. It doesn't mean you have to stake out their house for weeks or anything, it could be as simple as setting them up and killing them when it goes south.
