Their salaries are probably half of what they were making back then and they have nothing left to put up. Foreclosure rates will be down.

So why do you HAVE to drive a truck if you are in the O/G industry? Couldn’t you roll up to work in a sports car?

I work in o/g and roll up in a camry. 33 mpg average and no note :). i get a lot of shite for not driving a truck lol

If you're a rig pig working on land you usually need a truck to get to many of the locations. Especially in the Rockies.

definitely a cultural deal. I know guys who never tow, haul stuff, or leave pavement yet drive 70k trucks and then they gripe about having a 800 dollar note. The sames guys who give me shite about driving a car.
