The sad part is that if the Ohio legislature is close to 50/50 Rs and Ds it will amazingly have an outside shot of being passed. There are still enough Republicans that are cool with legislating morality that will rationalize voting yes to this on "moral" grounds.

Dems will double down and vote yes as a gotcha and a nod to their feminists supporters and then wonder why their party's favorability continues to crater with men.

This bill though ridiculous is just another example that the feminist "war on men" is actually a real thing. Women have taxpayer sponsored birth control, the ability to abort the child if they want to while forcing the man to pay child support if she keeps the baby, and with this it will be an Ohio man's sole responsibility to use a contraceptive (condom) in order to have intercourse with a woman. Yet, if the condom breaks and a pregnancy occurs he has no right or options and is at the woman's and the state's mercy with no ability to opt out of taking responsibility for the child via child support or recourse if he actually wants to raise the child if the woman wants to abort it...

...Yet Democrats have the nerve to wonder why men (of all races)are leaving the Democratic party in droves
