COLUMBUS, Ohio - Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine will be issuing an order to close all bars and restaurants Sunday night at 9 p.m. to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

During a press conference, Gov. DeWine added that establishments can stay open for carry-out and delivery but what we can't have is people congregating and seating

After a declaration of a public health emergency, executives have unbelievable sweeping powers.

Restaurants and bars should never serve a public official again.

Sucks for all of those businesses, especially servers and bartenders that need a paycheck

Get ready for even more extreme runs on grocery store now.

Martial laws coming. The States will fall like dominos to these measures.

It will be tough for bars but restaurants can adapt quickly and capture market opportunities.

The ability to deliver food will be huge for them. Your waitstaff basically all become delivery drives at this point.

Interesting to see if they can find a federal judge to block this. The state governments are getting way ahead of themselves on this.

Either enforced a total two week lockdown or GTFO with this incremental BS.

How are they going to make deliveries when the places they pick up from aren't open

This is like a race to see who can cancel the most shite to see who’s being the most “proactive” forcing other entities to follow suite because no one wants to be the last or only one looking as though they’re not doing anything. This is what mass hysteria combined with cancel culture equals.
