I’m confused on why all of them didn’t just swarm him together.
Yes, he moved well but if 3 guys move in together, it works pretty well if all they need to do if bring him down. I’m not talking move in together and throw punches. I mean, just basically all tackle the guy.
One of the officers literally just hung out in the back and chilled most of the time. Sorta defeats the purpose of having 3 officers to arrest someone.
