If the plane crossed over the Strait of Malacca, wouldn't it be headed towards Sri Lanka/India……not Indonesia

It would be heading close to Indonesia airspace first.

Plus the alleged turn is more of an about face to the south west, and not a turn to directional west.

The last report of it is right near the "Q10" label and assuming a straight line from its last known GPS location in the Gulf of Thailand would have it going WSW over Indonesia.

I'm sticking to my shot down theory from many pages back. I was probably wrong saying it was Vietnam but it WAS shot down

would be hard to get it over US, Korean, Japanese and Chinese radar to do so.

2 things: first do you the difference between a NK name and Chinese name and second, people hijack planes to get OUT of NK, not go there
