This was a team effort vs one guy. These folks capable of pulling off something that is increasingly looking like a very sophisticated op?

Yes

A mass stabbing at a train station in the Chinese city of Kunming two weeks ago, in which at least 29 people were killed, has put a new spotlight on the largely Muslim Uighur ethnic minority from Xinjiang, where Beijing says armed groups seek to establish an independent state called East Turkestan.

If this thing is on the ground somewhere then it was a team effort.
I would want to look at seating assignments. If those 20 from the Austin based company where all in first class or business, then I would assume they could be given more oxygen supply, via portable masks, and let the rest of the plane asphyxiate.

Most don't think that. But most didn't think passenger jetliners would be hijacked and turned into missiles one day either.

The guy didn't do it alone and I don't think anyone believes that but he is a primary suspect. His skills are uniquely adequate for this type of operation.
Yes, I believe at least one pilot was in on it too.

Plain clothed policemen earlier at pilot's house, just left home of co-pilot holding bags I ask what they're looking for "no comment" #MH370

My argument is questioning why there would be this very complex, very high profile hijacking to obtain an airliner when there are plenty of cheap airliners on the market. Last night I pointed out one could obtain a used 737 for as little as $500,000 without raising suspicion and could be used quite effectively to deliver a nuclear or chemical weapon to any target in the world.
It makes no sense to hijack the 777 to deliver a weapon. If it was hijacked, it has to be for some other reason than to attack "Merica".

This isn't about America.
This is about China.
This is about China.

I knew they searched the house but no clue about the bags. Also, why the hell are they just searching his house now?

Shows the ineptness of the govt there.... His home should have been tossed immediately following the incident.

In going with team if reports that this thing flew for another 5+ hrs are true; and then with future plans in mind. Europe, prepare thy anus. Otherwise dude would have nose dived it early on into the sea and we'd have a debris field.

Aviation experts, correct me if I'm wrong.
