If that was the case, we would have known about it within the hour. When planes blow up in the sky, air traffic controllers can quickly determine what happened. When the Air France blew up over the Atlantic Ocean, it took several days to find the wreckage, but everyone knew what had happened.
Noboby even knows how long this plane was in the air. Well, the people that do know aren't talking about it publically.

America couldn't give a rats arse what Malaysia is doing. It poses no danger to us. You can bet your arse if that plane was inbound towards America we would have been on full alert with aircraft scrambling the entire coast to protect US soil. two hijackers get on plane with fake passports, cell phone disabling equipment, a shoe bomb and some guns.
they are in cahoots with the muslim copilot who flies the plane low and undetected to some hidden area hangar.
all the passengers are killed at the hangar site and the plane is stored for future use by the highest bidding terrorist cell
