His stand ups weren't that funny to me. He is the goat comedic actor though.

dave chappelle

If he hadn't of walked out on the Chappelle show and continued to do one major stand up per year, he would absolutely be the goat.

I don't think it was a bit but him talking about painting his nails and jerking off on Opie and Jim was one of the funniest things I have ever heard.

I'm shocked more people don't listen to Hannible Burris.

His standup is superior to most.

Yeah, there's some things that we don't comment publicly about because it doesn't make us look so good. This is one of those times.

Richard Pryor and George Carlin were the best and haven't heard anyone consistently as funny since. Back in the 70's I saw Buddy Hackett doing stand-up in San Francisco and he was unbelievably funny....rude and crude....but funny.

Jim Norton too but mostly from Opie and Anthony, his stand up isn't as good as the ones listed above. His off the cuff jokes on the radio are golden.

Pryor and Carlin will always be the baseline. Katt Williams, Mitch H, C.K. are all excellent. I enjoy black comedy.

Chinese Buffet
John Pinette was the best of the self-deprecating fat guy comedians. Did some movie stuff too but his shtick on going to the Chinese buffet had me gasping for air. Clean too, but the material is so good you don't miss the adult language, etc.
