People wonder why cops don't seem to have any emotion... That shite right there is why.

That department is very wealthy. I don't know why, but they just recently gave all of their CAT deputies brand new Camaros. The rest of the officers drive new Caprices and Tahoes. Leon Lott seems like a badass sheriff.
For comparison, BRPD is still driving Impalas that are 8 years old and should've been scrapped 4 years ago.

That shooting happened in a very low crime nice area by one of the best high schools.
I guess that is why a lot of HOAs forbid rentals.
