This one occurred about 100 feet outside of the BR city limits, so, unfortunately, I cannot count it.

I saw some idiot in a store yesterday open carrying a revolver like he was in the Wild West.
shite was hanging wide with no strap keeping it in the holster. If he had bent over, it would have fallen out.

I see this occasionally. It's legal but not allowed in all establishments. I doubt that guy was a hardened criminal.

I'm always amazed when watching COPS and they pull a pistol out of some thug's pants and it's completely unholstered and they somehow didn't shoot their dick off.
