The pure trash that group rallied around is amazing. No concern for the child whatsoever. Only justice for a fine member of the community because he was shot by a cop. A cop there for protection to take a child out of a dangerous situation.

In the year 2017, they need to adjust to the times. People are 2 dumb for the term.
Just put justified homicide. Then there are no questions to be asked, Coroner claimed it was a good kill, cya later, adios, game over.

A homicide occurs when one person kills another. It's a legal term. Do you have any idea the repercussions of a state official labeling a homicide "justified" less than 24 hours after the person died?
