I blame social media for this type of mentality. It makes assholes like the person who wrote that think that is a rational thought worthy of attention.
All you have to do is take a basic first aid class to know that if someone is not alert, consent to help is automatically implied. What and ignorant moron.

I've already had her in my mind. She was hesitant at first, but she actually got into the clothes ripping and tearing. From there, I was just trying to keep up with her. Towards the end she made some animalistic grunting noises and mumbled something about empowerment.

I'd love to watch her try to barge in on one of these welfare checks and start telling people what to do. The caseworker and the people being checked on would probably end up all kicking her arse at the same time.
