Office bathroom issue

New office is in an old building. Two bathrooms, each with one toilet. No ventilation. In the long run we'll get permission from Landlord to inztall some kind of filter system or some shite in the ceilings. In the short, term, though, are there any other mechanical/electrical solutions to help keep the smell of shite from the rest of the office?
