My dog had her puppies on this day in 1991. What a coincidence. They were beautiful 3/4 golden retriever and 1/4 Labrador retriever pups.

I have had too many to post, since we foster(and subsequently have "foster failures") so many.
We've enjoyed them all.
For those that have beloved pets that pass away, my genuine best advice is to get another pet.

Sweet Butch, Willie and Lola.

He wasn't our cat per se, but he did live with us after the flood in 2016 when my brother and his then gf had to move in with us. Mittens was a special little guy.

We lost Willie, Lola and Mittens all within 6 months. It sucked. I miss those babies very much.

My boy, Louis XIV. Passed away 5 years ago on Sunday. 16 years old. Body just gave out.

He loved to play.

This was my other favorite, Sophie. Passed in 2017 when her heart gave out a week shy of her tenth birthday. My little girl.

I have buried several pets in my lifetime. Its always hard.

I told my wife if she dies on me, I will be adopting the unavoidable pets and giving them a good life for the rest of theirs.

This is Zeke. He passed in June of 2025 and my life has had a void ever since. He was full of life at 9 years old when I had to put down due to a sudden spinal injury…
