Pelagos. This isn't even one I feel compelled to give reasons for.

I like the LHD, but that doesn’t matter. Why care about someone else’s opinion on which watch? You’re the one wearing it. Pick the one that speaks to you.

Yeah - would plan to sell

I don't see many other left handed watches

It is titanium any issues there?

My Audric came in. Think my Chris ward is better but doesn't compare too unfavorably

Obtuse can talk resell and movements. Plus if there are issues or flaws he will know
I likely wouldn't resale but he has tons of angles I wouldn't have thought about. I am not really asking which one he likes looks wise

I tried one on last time I went to the shop. Super light because of the titanium.

There is one thread from 2018 on WUS where some people said the lume markers fell out of their Pelagos LHD, but I don't think that's a common thing. Obtuse would know better than me though.

Outside of the LHD, there are some Panerais, a Sinn or two and the left-handed Monacos which covers most of the luxury left-handed watches.

They are unusually light and outside of (Grand) Seiko titanium they are duller than SS. The Pelagos is one of a small handful of quintessential "tool watches". Almost purely purpose-driven at least if you don't count the mechanical movement since a quartz movement would make more sense in pure engineering terms.

My favorite detail is the roulette date wheel. If Tudor parts weren't so difficult to get ahold of I might get one and turn my Pelagos into a unique ETA-based roulette wheel watch. Just have to flip the dial and install the date wheel and have LHD.

Those reports seem to trail off rather quickly and I assume it was a short term anomaly and was rectified. The other issue mentioned which may have been limited to the early ETA based Pelagos was the bezel lume becoming discolored. Mine actually is slightly off but I know exactly what did it, sun screen. Mine discolored from 7-11 on a vacation. Sun screen was the only thing I could think of that may have done it, like the idoit I am I put on on the rest of the bezel and viola 2 days later it was evenly discolored, mine is not nearly as bad as a couple of peoples and it honestly doesn't bug me since it is even now. I have seen this happen to several micro-brands including one I own (the WUS Dive forum Hexa). Again I think this was rectified as those reports disappeared.

I don't find the titanium scratches any worse than 316 SS. Being brushed the Pelagos doesn't show scratches nearly like the polished surfaces of the Blackbay. I do know some people just don't like how light titanium watches are, especially on something other than the bracelet.

Most likely at an AD. You may luck out with 5-10% but I wouldn't expect it.

I should mention Tudor uses grade 2 (pure) Ti where most watches are made with grade 5, alloyed with aluminum and vanadium. Grade 5 is more scratch-resistant but Grade 2 is more corrosion-resistant. In practical use, I haven't seen a difference in scratches and unless you dove every day and didn't freshwater rinse your watch I doubt you would even see any difference in corrosion. Also about scratches, most of the ones you think you see on Ti are just the oxide layer which will self heal. Ti forms a surface oxide in air just like aluminum.
