Because it will undoubtedly misattribute "issues" based on faulty premises and ill-defined criteria. It will provide ammunition for some of the more emotional, irrational activists among us who lack perspective on history and have a poor understanding of economics. In the end, it will only serve to pit racial groups against each other.

All it will do is potentially hurt property values in middle class burbs and bring the schools down if they force in low income housing.
The rich won't be impacted as they'll find other places to live with lower crime and better schools.
They basically want to create nationwide greens points, aliefs, and springs if you're familiar with Houston.
