Nyx is now the largest NOLA non-truck mardi gras parade

Heard it on the radio driving back from lunch. Nyx now has more members than any other parade, including Endymion.
Nyx was founded by women who were stuck on the waiting list for Muses. So, when they stared Nyx, they decided they would never have a waiting list (so I heard) so if you can pay and follow their rules, they will accept you.
At that size, they really are more deserving of a better spot than the Wed night spot. I really think they should move to Friday, which would give you 4 super krewes in 4 nights.

shite man, even back when I was a kid me and my friends always hated going to Rhea because it sucked so much.
Bruh, I remember when the pinnacle of women's krewes was Isis, and Rhea was a meh krewe.

Chance of rain before midnight is less than 20 percent. They will get the parades in just fine.
Tomorrow looks like a day where if you are sitting out watching your stuff, you are going to deal with a lot of rain, but just like Sunday, should clear out before parade time. Heaviest stuff done by 2-3 pm, all out by roll time.
If that changes, they may move stuff around tomorrow.
