I dont know what this is all about but I like their OT baller house in Slidell.
I'm honestly not sure how they make their money but I dont think running Nyx is going to make a lot of money even if you're skimming.

That's not really how it works though.
He may have gotten workers to hack the site but its not really using powers unique to the police department unless somebody in the department used their badge to pressure a business or individual to hand over data or something.

The Nyx ball was hideous- the Captain purposely shut down all of the bars for 45 minutes to make you sit down and watch her come down the center isle in her stupid dress.
