Reta has been out for over a year if you know where to find it. Its been all over reddit. I saw a chart that showed Eli Lily has about 3 more already being studied and they release them in a certain time table. They wait for people to get used to them then release a new one.

How much of these drugs cause weight loss due to nasty side effects. My brother-in-law took one of these and it makes him sick for a couple of days.
