NYPD horse gets spooky for Halloween

As a person who has owned horses my entire life, I don’t draw issue with any of this stuff for Halloween. I actually think its cool. However, I do have an issue with that that big beautiful horse in that shite hole of a pen with zero grass... that I have a problem with.

Halloween is the best time of year.
It is just fun.

I am not sure the backstory on that pitcher but hopefully thats not where he lives.

I agree it's hard to believe that the horse stays in that pen given that the horse is owned by the NYPD.
