Because of people like the author of that article.
Journalism, ISO, is a top 3, if not the number 1, reason for why people are depressed.
That includes both TV and written journalism.

I have been going in and out of an office for 10 years. I'm a shell of what I used to be. It has sucked the life out of me. I ended up doing what I wanted too. Turns out, being in an office all day, every day sucks balls.
