You have to admit what Rhode Island is proposing to do is pretty absurd and unconstitutional. It’s a blatant violation of 4th Amendment rights.

All federal courts are still up and running dude. A TRO would be heard within the week.
And there a million lawyers and public interest groups who are salivating to sue over this. This is a classic get your name in the news case

MA's Governor just released a very similar advisory (read: advisory, not order) yesterday. Wonder if he'll sure MA next.
