NY cops save man from jumping to his own death.

After about two hours of negotiation, cops grabbed the man, whose hands were covered in blood.
A neighbor watched as police tried to talk him out of it.
“He threatened to cut his hand, then he threatened to jump. The cops had the inflatable jumping things out. All we’ve seen was the cops looking up,” said neighbor Raza Hassan, 19.

I did that one time by simply carrying a boom box to the mate's location and bumping 3rd eye blind

I'm not sure jumping from the 2nd floor is really considered trying to kill yourself.

I'm guessing the rescue hurt him more than jumping may have from that distance.
