To be fair, the only source for the Cheezits Napper is a poster here saying he got a text from a friend who works for the city of Hoover.

She’ll go to some halfway house and say it was because something happened in her life, if you question it you will be labeled a rayciss, she’ll probably get a book deal or a reality show out of it.

It's not just current. Black people have been conditioned to feel that way for a long time. No matter what crimes black people commit it was whitey fault. If you question black people bad decisions it makes you racist.
