Unless they've somehow already worked out a plea deal, I don't think we're going to get that info today. If this is just charges/arrest, that's all we will get, I suspect.

So I guess her attorney didn't provide the police with any explanation of where she was or what she did. Chief said he still doesn't know.
ETA: I'm fine with her just getting two misdemeanors, a mugshot, and national shame out of this.
