Yes. Karakatau, when it exploded caused a blast so powerful that it made a big wave.

Where does Novarupta's eruption rank among volcanic events the past two hundred years?

Lahars are very viscous mud flows that are so dense they can mow down forests. They move like really turbid rivers down slope. Usually form when ice caps a volcano and the volcanic activity melts the ice.

Is throwing a body into a volcano the best way to get rid of a body?
honestly, that's a pretty amateur way to get rid of a body, and nowhere near the best.

you're practically guaranteed to get away with it if you dispose of the body into a wormhole with the other end emptying into an erupting volcano that is at a distance away in light years at least equal to the remaining years in your estimated life span. that way, if tomorrow humans developed the ability to travel at the speed of light, you'd be dead before they could obtain conclusive dna evidence.

Wiki says Novarupta is rated a 6 on the VEI scale LINK

Here's what that looks like compared to other volcanoes we've mentioned.

How many black holes would you have to put a body through to make sure it comes out at some other world's volcano?

Some scientists believe that it will emerge everywhere, so you won't miss!

Do the molecular constituents of lava cool at different rates and, if so, is there any separation of the molecular components in the cooled lava? Maybe I missed it, but was is the word for cooled lava?

Pretty sure with all the heat and power down there at the core and the shear size, a nuke blast would be equivalent to a queef.

But a big queef, right?

Is it true that 4 active volcanoes do more damaged to the environment and the climate than all mankind's activity through ages combined?
