Some of the mental gymnastics in this case will be interesting. If the tutor were male and the athletes female - I suspect the word rape would be invoked.

TBH there are 3-4 separate stories regarding academic integrity violations at ND during the 2012 - 2015 time period so it might be difficult to determine which specific case those athletes were connected.
The ND academic center that supports student-athletes goes by the acronym ASSA...how appropriate
